Seventeen percent stated that staging a home increased the dollar value of the home between six and 10 percent<\/li><li>Twenty-eight percent of sellers&#8217; agents said they staged all sellers&#8217; homes prior to listing them for sale with another thirteen percent noting they staged homes specifically when difficult to sell.<\/li><li>The most common rooms that were staged included the living room (93 percent), kitchen (84 percent), master bedroom (78 percent), and the dining room (72 percent)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:72px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left has-white-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#a19d93\">Impact of a staged home:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-white-color has-text-color has-background\" style=\"background-color:#a19d93\"><li>83% easier to visualize property as their future home  <\/li><li>38% more willing to walk through a home they saw online<\/li><li>37% will positively impact home value if decorated to the buyer&#8217;s taste<\/li><li>23% will overlook other property faults <\/li><\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The information on this page was obtained from the &#8220;2019 Profile of Home Staging&#8221; report published March 2019 Copyright NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS\u00ae. reprinted with permission.
